Celebrating Pride at work

Our business is committed to ensuring that all LGBTQ+ staff, partners, contractors can bring their whole self to our workplaces and support our diverse customers and communities, and to increase awareness, understanding and respect for the LGBTQ+ community in the workplace.

Pride Network

Our employee Pride Network is an employee-led network of LGBTQ+ people and their allies that strives to create a welcoming and safe environment where all employees who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, asexual and other diverse sexualities and gender identities feel comfortable, proud, empowered and supported to bring their whole selves to work.

Our Pride Network promotes equal employment opportunity and ensuring no one is disadvantaged on the basis of their sex, caring responsibilities, age, cultural background, disability status, sexual orientation, gender identity or intersex status.

Our Pride Network created our Rainbow Meeting Room, a vibrant space that underscores our strong commitment to inclusivity.

Pride events

Celebration and awareness of events such as LGBTQ+ History Month, Wear It Purple Day and International Pronouns Day foster an environment where open discussion, knowledge sharing and understanding can flourish.
